Cancellation Policy

At The Skin Suite By Kristen, we are committed to providing exceptional skincare services and a positive experience for all our clients. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established the following store policy:

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement for New Clients and No Shows

New clients and those with a history of no-shows for services lasting one hour or more are required to leave a deposit. This policy helps ensure our schedule remains efficient and available for clients who wish to book appointments.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In such cases, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.

Sick Policy

If you or someone in your household is feeling unwell, please do not come to your appointment. We will make accommodations to reschedule your appointment at a later date. The health and well-being of our clients and staff are of the utmost importance.

15-Minute Grace Period for Late Arrivals

We understand that sometimes you may be running late for your appointment. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This policy allows us to provide the full experience for all our clients while maintaining a punctual schedule.
